To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we kindly ask that you double-check your selections before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.



Colour Discrepancy Notice


Please be aware that slight variations in colour may occur between the digital images of our gel polishes on the website and the actual product. This can happen due to the way digital displays render colours.



Damage Claims & Discrepancies


We take pride in the quality of our products and their packaging. However, if you discover any damage or discrepancies upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately at orders@lolaleebeauty.co.uk. Our business hours are Monday-Friday,8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CAT. 



Return Eligibility & Requirements


We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. Equipment returns, however, may be considered under specific circumstances. In such cases, all original packaging and included accessories must be present with the returned item. Additionally, please remember to include your proof of purchase for verification purposes.



Return Process


To initiate a return for equipment (if applicable), please contact us at orders@lolalee.co.za with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive and assess the returned product, we will contact you to arrange a courier collection, if applicable.
