Shipping Policy

Order Processing


Items will be delivered within 1-5 days after they have been dispatched. If you would like your order shipped sooner than the stipulated time above – please contact us at orders@lolaleebeauty.co.uk to discuss your options and relevant pricing.


Shipping Costs & Methods


Orders are delivered through Fastway of The Courier Guy. Please note, We do not ship to PO Box addresses.If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping. 


Credit Card Processing


All credit card processing will be performed by Lola Lee Beauty. The charge on your statement will appear from Lola Lee Beauty. We do not verify billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will not be held responsible.


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to contact us! We will work with you to find a solution, which may include part replacement and covering any return shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Denied Signature Packages


While we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, we understand these situations can be frustrating. We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim with the courier company in the event of loss, theft, or denied signature.


Important Note:


The purchaser is responsible for contacting the courier company directly about any delivery disputes or lost packages.

• • To expedite the resolution process, we encourage you to dispute any credit card charges for undelivered merchandise with your credit card company. This allows us additional time to work with the courier company, local authorities, and insurance companies to investigate the matter.
